SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to all major pin codes across cities in India!  You can still check with our Pincode checker on our Product page. If delivery is available for your pin code, the eligible delivery option will be displayed during checkout. 

We deliver orders within the timeframe specified for a given pin code (within 5-10 days). Delivery timelines are measured in working days which exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

 

Returns Due To Non-Availability Of Customer:

To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including:

  •  Flat number, building number, street name, locality

  • Nearest landmark

  • Correct pin code and contact number to ensure swift delivery

 

In the event that product(s) are returned due to the non-availability of a customer, we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refunds Policy.

If you would still like to receive the product(s), we request you to place the order again.

Other Costs:

The prices and charges mentioned on the website at the time of placing the order are final. You don’t have to pay any other taxes or surcharges to courier companies, other than what is advised to you at the time of placing the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your concerns are of prime importance to us and we shall do everything possible to resolve them.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@simaura.in with details of the product and the defect.

 

Refunds Policy

If you have paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, we will refund the payment to the same account originally used at the time of the transaction (5-7 working days). 

 

Cancellation Policies

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
 

Disclaimer

Any complaints related to product/delivery should be brought to our notice within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
